“We are so confident in our ability to rent your property that we offer a non-exclusive agreement until we have an approved tenant” — which means we either do what we promise or you can part with us with no costly penalties or costs.
Condo & Home Selector We offer two services which can be done separately or combined together.
1. Tenant Placement Services include:
* Marketing your property through our various resources ( websites, print advertising, relocation companies, agent and property referrals, multiple listing service, etc.)
* Finding and pre-qualifying prospective renters interested in your property
* Showing property
* Run credit, criminal, and eviction history
* Verify employment and income
* Reviewing all information with owner to decide to approve or disapprove
* If approved prepare lease and collect all monies due
* Move renters in
* Disburse all monies, lease and any additional owner paperwork to person responsible for day to day management of property.
2. Property Management Division- 12 month agreement – $75 per month Flat Fee
* *In addition to the above itemsMonthly rent collection
* Schedule Maintenance
* Tenant relations
* Lease renewals
* Monthly and yearly reports to owner(s)
* Move-in and move-out inspections
* Online rental payment system for renters – Credit , Debit or ACH Transfers
* ACH transfers of rental payments directly to owners account
